Publicly listed agribusiness, Tandou (ASX:TAN) engaged Schuster Consulting Group when they needed to beef up their online communications strategy, particularly for shareholders and property investors.
We provided an external perspective on their current website through an Online Health Check, the outcome of which provided Tandou with a better understanding of the direction for their online activities.

Relevance to audience
Identification of the target audience for Tandou's website and development of user profiles.
A review of the site in areas such as navigation, terminology, wayfinding and feedback messages. This enabled recommendations for future enhancements to be provided.
A review of and recommendations in relation to colour scheme, type face, imagery, link style and overall design.
An evaluation of the positioning of the website content compared with Tandou's company direction and the content requirements of the audience.
Search engine optimisation
Consideration of how the site performed in terms of key words, content and other aspects that impact a site's performance and ranking among search engines.
Discovery of Tandou's technical requirements in terms of content management, site access, online engagement activities and statistics as well as technical considerations for the audience.
This check up provided Tandou with a better understanding of the direction they should take with their online communications and a case to improve their current activities in this area.
As a result of the work conducted, we were further engaged to scope Tandou's requirements for a new website. This included:
