Schuster Consulting Group Pty Limited was founded in 2004 by husband and wife team Peter and Angela Schuster.

At that time, Peter Schuster was consulting full time to companies such as Meat & Livestock Australia and Australian Wool Innovation, however as the company gained a reputation for delivering effective and innovative engagement outcomes, interest in the company's offering increased  (and continues to do so).

Observing that many companies offering services to the agriculture and food production sectors use a 'cookie cutter' approach, particularly in relation to marketing and communications, Angela Schuster commenced full time with Schuster Consulting Group in 2007 at which time Clare Bagshaw also started with the company.

As a result, we are able to combine a deep understanding and appreciation of agriculture, food production and natural resource management with experience in strategy and planning, project management, marketing and communications, implementation and engagement gained 'in-the-trenches' and from other industries. In this way, we bring innovative approaches to the industry and break the cookie cutter mould.

Drawing upon an extensive specialist network, we pull together multi-disciplinary teams to suit each client project.
